<p>The invention relates to novel taxoids of the general formula (I): wherein Z is hydrogen or a radical of the general formula (II): wherein R1 is an optionally substituted benzoyl radical or a thenoyl or furoyl radical, a radical R 2-O-CO- where R 2 is alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, bicycloalkyl, optionally substituted phenyl or heterocyclyl radical, R 3 is alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, phenyl, naphthyl or aromatic heterocyle, R 4 is an optionally substituted alkoxy, alkenyloxy, alkynyloxy radical or a cycloalcoxy or cycloalkenyloxy radical, and R 5 is an optionally substituted alkoxy, alkenyloxy, alkynyloxy radical or a cycloalkoxy or cycloalkenyloxy radical, said compounds having antitumoral properties, and it also relates to processes for the preparation thereof and to pharmaceutical compositions containing the same.</p> |
