摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to realize a multi-valued resister and put necessary resister values together by dividing a resister used for a divider into parallel and serial ones, and selecting individual divided resisters to be used/unused. SOLUTION: Regarding a resister array R311a-311c used for dividing a power supply source voltage, each resister array R311 further consists of three resisters. The composition is to connect a parallel connection resister of a resister R1 302 with a resister R2 304 with resister R3 303 in series. Moreover, the resister R2 304 is connected with a mask option switch 313 in series, and the resister R3 303 is connected with a mask option switch 305 in parallel. These mask option switches 313, 305 are the switches for selecting whether or not the resisters R2 304, R2 303 each are to be used, for example, as a mask ROM data incorporated in a microcomputer, the switching conditions are decided in a manufacturing process of a semiconductor device.</p>
