PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which minimizes the blank space of a receipt outputted from the printer of a cash register having optional functions. SOLUTION: For example, plural pole braces 6 on which a holder 5 on which a printer 4 is mounted is placed are provided, and a vertically moving installation mechanism which adjusts their lengths to fix them is used to dispose the printer 4. If optional functions are not added to the printer, pole braces 6 are moved to the bottom and are fixed. Then, the printer 4 can be disposed in the closest position of the ejection hole for a receipt (b), and the blank space of the form of the receipt (b) can be minimized.
