PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily refer to information to be transmitted to a communication party at an incoming or a calling time. SOLUTION: A caller ID detection part 23 detects a caller ID and sends the telephone number of an origination destination to a readout part 24. The telephone number received from the caller ID detection part 23 is compared with telephone numbers registered in an image registration table 21 to check whether or not there is a matching one in it. When there is one, the readout part 24 refers to the period corresponding to the matching telephone number in the image registration table 21 and the current time received from a timer part 9 to check whether the time is in the period. When it is in the period, it is checked whether or not an output flag is ON. When the flag is OFF, the readout part 24 reads the image file having the file ID corresponding to the telephone number out of an image file storage part 22 and a printer 8 prints the image file.
