PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging information notifying system by which a subscriber can arbitrarily and easily obtain charging information based on integrated call rate information by notifying charging information with sound at the request of the telephone subscriber. SOLUTION: When a call is made from a subscriber telephone set 11, caused call connected to a dial tone originating source 12 is connected. The dial tone originating source 12 switches the transmission of a dial tone to the transmission of sound. Rate data of an integrated call rate converted by a rate data sound conversion device 16 is informed by sound by using a path opened by caused call connection. Sound informed by rate data is sent to the subscriber through the transmission part of the dial tone originating source 12. Since charging information based on the integrated call rate is informed to the telephone subscriber with sound at the request of the telephone subscriber, the subscriber can arbitrarily and easily obtain charging information based on integrated call rate information.
