PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector having a lock mechanism of a handle such that the locking of the handle is not forgotten and the locking is not released by impact. SOLUTION: This connector is structured by forming a pair by a plug 30 of a conventional structure except for a handle and a support part of the handle, and a conventional receptacle. The handle 32 comprises a U-shaped member 34 and end parts 36A, (B) projected to slant outer directions respectively from both ends of the U-shaped member 34. A support part 38 for turnably supporting the handle end is provided on both longitudinal ends of a plug body 14. The support part 38 comprises a through hole 40 for passing the handle end through provided on both of the ends of the plug body 14, a blade spring 42 for biasing the handle end, and a stepper (44) for preventing rotation of the handle so as not to rotate the handle greater than 90 degrees. The blade spring 42 is formed by an extended part of a shield plate for covering the plug body. The blade spring constantly gives moment to the handle end by spring force, and turns the handle so as to press to the plug body 14.
