PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice heat storage unit in which utilization efficiency of an ice heat storage tank is enhanced by melting ice produced therein uniformly through a simple mechanism while sustaining the temperature of a heat storage medium being delivered from the ice heat storage tank. SOLUTION: An ice heat storage unit comprises an ice heat storage tank 1 arranged with an ice making heat exchanger 2, stirrers 3, 4 for stirring a heat storage medium in the tank 1, a temperature sensor 8 for measuring the temperature of the heat storage medium being delivered from the tank, and a controller 17 for controlling the operation of the stirrers 3, 4 depending on the temperature measured by the temperature sensor 8.
