<p>Generally, if the input signal to be amplified is very small and the input contains high-frequency large interference, the filter for mobile communication for eliminating the interference needs to have a high in-phase signal elimination ratio. Even a high-gain amplifier is desired to have a high in-phase elimination ratio so as to avoid saturation of the amplifier due to noise. According to the invention, the mutual-conductance circuit of the input of the integrating circuit proposed by Nauta and known conventionally is modified to a differential circuit of cascade connection so as to impart an in-phase elimination characteristic to the input stage. Thus, a filter and an amplifier having an improved overall in-phase elimination ratio can be realized through a CMOS process and a BiCMOS process.</p> |
