Position of interface of supply regions of two horizontal wells is determined. When interface of supply regions runs over oil zone, pool is developed in two stages. At the first stage, development is carried out by withdrawal of fluids from the first and seconds wells. Their production rates are determined by the condition of preservation of position of interface of wells supply regions up to depletion of oil zone part relating to supply region of oil well. At the second stage, development is carried out by combination of withdrawal from oil well and changing over of water well for low production rate and/or disconnection of water well, and/or changing over of water well to under pressure.
