construction. SUBSTANCE: weighting material is used in building, reconstruction and repair of underground pipelines. Weighting material is provided with two soft containers filled with earth and coupled to each other. Containers have end-face necks for filling with earth and loading loops positioned at these end-faces. Auxiliary pairs of loops, one of which is longer than the other, are secured at opposite end-faces. Containers filled with earth are positioned on pipeline so that auxiliary long loop is placed at bottom. The loop is passed through upper auxiliary loop and fixed therein. When dismantling, weighting material is caught by auxiliary long loop position on top of it and lifted. In this case, neck is positioned at bottom, and ballasting earth is discharged from it.
