Urethral and rectal catheters are modified by introducing several cylindrical electrodes and external electrodes matrix. Electric contact with biological tissues is improved by means of electric conducting solution supply unit and unit for dilating external diameter of electrodes. The device has semiconductor laser in red bandwidth and continuous infrared semiconductor laser which radiation entering optical light guide, temperature pickups (direct contact and remote interaction type) as a part of biofeedback system, voltammetric characteristics control unit and acoustic vibration sensor gages. Photovacuum module has vacuum massage unit and photomatrix system. Magnetolaser module has laser therapy system combined with pulsating field action.
