PURPOSE: A continuous flow electric heater and method therefor are provided to make a continuous flow electric heater with a metal pipe having the highest efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A continuous flow electric heater includes a heating chamber. The heating chamber includes an inflow part(5) and an outflow part(6) to heat a fluid, at least one wall of the heating chamber being strong ceramic. A heating conductor(2) contacts widely across the lateral of the strong ceramic.
