PURPOSE: A light appliance is provided which prevent a defect on an outer appearance of a lens in forming painting film for a dim prevention, in case of adopting a lens made of a synthetic resin which a painting film is formed on inner surface thereof. CONSTITUTION: A light appliance comprises not only a painting film(26) for preventing dim on an inner surface (12a) of a lens(12) but also a hard coating film(28) on an outer surface(12b) of a lens. By forming a hard coating film prior to forming the painting film for preventing dim, even though a jiz is contacted on an outer surface of the lens in forming the painting film for preventing dim, a defect of a lens is prevented in advance by the installment of the coating film.
