PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce noise of a specified region by forming an intake duct by fusing and connecting both partial fusing bodies in which granular and blocked resin pellets are partially fused, and arranging a ventilating clearance whose hole opening degree is changed in an axial direction, between the partial fusing bodies. SOLUTION: An intake duct for a vehicular engine is cylindrically formed by fusing and connecting both partial fusing bodies in which granular and blocked resin pellets 2 are partially fused, and a ventilating clearance whose hole opening degree is changed in an axial direction is formed between the partial fusion bodies. Namely, in the hole opening degree of the ventilating clearance, an atmosphere opening side of a duct tip end part 16 is set larger an engine. The resin pellet 2 are formed using polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin, and the like, and are pre-molded in a granular and blocked part having a comparatively uniform size (for example, 0.5 to 5 mm). An intake duct 1 is integrally formed by combining a pair of half split articles 1a, 1b having a half cylindrical part 11.
