PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the attaching structure of a ceiling panel capable of easily and firmly fixing the ceiling panel for a wall panel, a tie material or the like. SOLUTION: This attaching structure of the ceiling panel attaches a receiving fitting 20 to the frame 12 of a wall panel 10 by a grip. The first inclination part 42 of a ceiling panel 40 is overlapped on the second inclination part 22 of the receiving fitting 20, and a screw 44 is screwed through a through hole 46 into a slit 28. The first inclination part 42 and the second inclination part 22 are inclined so as to be risen outward of a unit room respectively. |
