PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a barrier-free structure while ensuring the safety of running by providing a corner part having a protruding guide bar in the center and support parts on both sides on the lower part of a sliding door body, and engaging the guide bar with an engagement groove provided on a base plate. SOLUTION: A sliding door corner 2 consisting of a resin molding is mounted on a sliding door body 1 consisting of a corrugated board. A guide bar 3 is formed in the bottom center of the sliding door corner 2 in parallel to the running direction of the sliding door, and support parts 4 lower than the guide bar 3 are formed on both sides thereof. The support part 4 may have an optional form such as curved surface, cone, and pyramid. The base plate of a sill is produced by arranging a spacer having the groove width on an existing floor surface, mounting two thick plates 6 on both sides, and removing the spacer. A lighting-through preventing screen may be suspended over the whole width of a horizontal rail between the corners 2. According to this, the resistance is minimized to smoothen the running with a small force, and the barrier- free structure effective for preventing the tripping in walking can be realized.
