PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat accumulating unit capable of accumulating heat in response to a vehicle using condition, and to provide a heating system capable of carrying out comfortable heating. SOLUTION: In this heat accumulating unit 1, heat accumulating members 10, 20, 30 having low heat accumulating capacities are connected in parallel, and valves 15, 25 are arranged in inlet passages 12, 22 to supply heat, when heat accumulating parts 11, 21 are brought into a sensible heat condition, to the members 20, 30 in downstrems adjacent to them. The unit 1, a cooling water circulating line for connecting a water jacket to a heater, a heat accumulating line and a heat radiating line are switched by a selector valve to supply accumulated heat in the unit 1 to the heater and the water jacket in response to an outside air temperature.
