PURPOSE: An exerciser is provided to adjust strength step by step according to user's power ability and to reduce the size for packing or storing. CONSTITUTION: A bottom adjusting groove(144a) and top adjusting grooves(144b,144c,144d) are placed in proportion to opening degree of exercising bars(110,110'). The grooves decide the degree of spring(101) expansion and load according to the degree of the expansion. The load is obtained by multiplying the elasticity coefficient of the spring by adjusting amount. The elasticity coefficient is regular and the then adjusting amount is an independent variable. The load stands for user's power ability so that the adjusting grooves are adjusted by the load.
