PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a grease leak by applying a rustproof lubricating oil containing a preservative in a lubricating oil containing ester oil to the raceway face and rolling face of a bearing before grease is filled at the prescribed ratio or below against the fill quantity of grease. SOLUTION: An ester rustproof lubricating oil has high affinity to fluorine grease. When its coat quantity exceeds 5 wt.% of the fluorine grease, the ester rustproof lubricating oil and the fluorine grease are mixed, the grease becomes too soft, and a grease leak easily occurs. The coat quantity of the ester rustproof lubricating oil is set to the range 0-5 wt.%, preferably 0-3 wt.%, against the fill quantity of the fluorine grease. When both a rustproof effect and a grease leak preventing effect are aimed, the coat quantity is preferably set to 0.1-5 wt.%, particularly 0.1-3 wt.%. The upper limit of the coat quantity of the ester rustproof lubricating oil is most preferably set to 2 wt.% in any case.
