PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the bad effect of a wake generated by a pin by arranging a plurality of nozzle support pins erected across a gas passage between the wall surfaces of the gas passage opposed to the side surface of a variable nozzle so that the phase angles in the circumferential direction of a turbine rotor are mutually differed. SOLUTION: The gas 9 from an engine, which is throttled by the nozzle throat 5 of a variable nozzle 2 and accelerated, generates a power when it passes in a moving blade 7. To change the gas flow rate to change the turbine output, the variable nozzle 2 is rotated to regulate the area of the nozzle throat 5. At this time, the gas 9 is collided with each nozzle support pin 6a, 6b to generate each wake 16a, 16b. To cope with it, each nozzle support pin 6a, 6b is arranged so that the phase is shifted in the circumferential direction to the rotating center 14a of the variable nozzle 2. According to this, each wake 16a, 16b can be prevented from inhibiting the flow of a nozzle passage in a prescribed nozzle blade angle 15.
