PURPOSE: A heat reflecting layered system for transparent substrates is provided which gain a profit from a high corrosion resistant and endurance and, in particular, has more improved property than a mechanical rigidity and chemical tolerance thereof. CONSTITUTION: A heat reflecting layered system for transparent substrates is industrially manufactured by cathode sputtering facilitated through a magnetic field formed from continuous-progression deposition plants. The sputtering has a considerably sensitive response to a portion of O2 and N2 as a working gas for each nitrogen and nitrogenous compound layer. Because some metal can be sputtered only at the relatively low speed, rotary cathodic sputtering or double-cathod cathodic sputtering and the like is chosen for this type of matter. Also the layered system includes two functional layer based on a silver and is separated by an inducement layer. In case that the metal oxidation is sputtered on a first silver layer, a sacrificial layer having a thickness of 1 to 3 nanometer is provided to prevent a damage of the first silver laver at a low part of the silver layer.
