发明名称 METHOD FOR EQUALIZING THICKNESS OF SUPER-PLASTIC FORMED PRODUCT BY PRELIMINARY FORMED BODY USING ROTARY FORMING
摘要 PURPOSE: A method is provided to process a preliminary formed body controlled its distribution of thickness with a regular ratio by rotary-forming a raw material to solve a problem unequaled the thickness for each part of a formed product when the raw material having a uniform early thickness is performed a super-plastic blow forming. CONSTITUTION: A raw material is located in a lower die(3). A upper punch(2) is rotated in an inclined state about 3-7degrees centering a shaft(C) and is fallen toward the lower die(3). The raw material is rotated at a rotating speed of 200-300rpm in the inclined state for the axial center by the rotation of the upper punch. The rotation of the upper punch is made as an orbital or a clover form and is used an appropriate form according to a shape and a material of a product. The raw material is formed to a preliminary formed body(4) having a flat upper face and a lower face as a upper facial shape of the lower die(3) by the compressive force of the rotating upper punch. A load is 100-150tones and a processing time is spent maximum 10seconds. The raw material(1) is formed to the preliminary formed body having a conical section to reduce a thickness from a pole to a clamped portion. A difference of thickness is appropriated because a damage of a flow formed product is generated when a difference of thickness between the pole and the clamped portion is large.
