PURPOSE: An outsole for safety shoes formed a metal plate as one body and a process thereof are provided which can reduce time for production by making the iron board installed between an outsole and an inside leather included in the outsole. CONSTITUTION: A process for an outsole for safety shoes formed a metal plate as one body is characterized by follows: a permanent magnet is installed to fix a metal plate(3), a metal in both sides of a upper mold; a fixed hole fixed by being installed the permanent magnet and lots of a penetrating hole are formed in both sides of the metal plate(3); and the metal plate(3) is located in the middle of an outsole(1) by connecting a upper mold in the state of inputting a resin in a lower mold and being foamed the resin into the upper part of the metal plate(3).
