PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single unit of a device equipped with two functions to compress and evacuate. SOLUTION: A scroll compressor has three sets of ports, including an inlet port 25 at the inlet to outer sections 9a and 11a, an intermediate port 22 positioned where the height of involute lap varies, and an outlet port 27 positioned in the center of a compressor. The intermediate port 22 constitutes an outlet from the outer section of each involute lap and an inlet to the inner section.
