FLAT-BOARD TYPE DISPLAY DEVICE AND A METHOD FOR PREPARING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A flat-board type display device which is able to prevent breakage of a display panel without installing a protector and a method for preparing thereof are provided. CONSTITUTION: A flat-board type display device comprises: (i) a display panel(3); (ii) an electric circuit plate(4) to drive the display panel(3); and (iii) a sash(2) which integrates the display panel(3) and the electric circuit plate(4) by loading the display panel(3) on one side and the electric circuit plate(4) on the other side, wherein the sash(2) has a wall part(2a) which is vertical to a panel-loading surface(2b) loading the display panel and covers around the side of the display panel. The method comprises steps of: (i) connecting one side terminal of flexible cable to a plural electrode terminals projecting on the end portion of the display panel; (ii) receiving and adhering the display panel into a concaved portion of the sash and wiring the other side terminal of the bendable cable through a pierced hole formed on the sash to the other side; (iii) loading the electric circuit plate on the other side of the sash; and (iv) connecting the other terminal of the bendable cable to the electric circuit.
