PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a wetting defect of solder due to high temperature oxidation of an iron tip, to prevent a work and the solder and flux of solder alloy containing a resin from high temperature oxidation and to obtain good weldability by injecting an inert gas from the iron tip of an electric soldering iron. SOLUTION: Relating to a nozzle of an electric soldering iron, an iron tip 3 is encircled by double tubes 6, 7 having the clearance of a gas supply passage 9, protruded parts A-B are arranged in the clearance in order to prevent the clearance from eccentricity and to mitigate a flow speed of a supplied inert gas, thus, entrapment of the oxygen in the atmosphere injected from the nozzle tip suppressed.
