PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for practicing swing for golf by which practice swings can be enjoyably performed with the feeling of hitting a ball while preventing a sway from occurring, and which has a progress effect better than a practice range. SOLUTION: A swing can be performed by setting a ball on a wall or the like, and watching the ball which is reflected on a mirror body 2 disposed on a mat 1. Also, when a sway is done, the ball moves. Although it is an extremely simple practicing device comprising a ball holding utensil 5 and the mat 1 only, the cost for the practice can be saved, and a high added value to assist the progress is provided.
