PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a briefs type throwaway diaper preventing joint parts from being inadvertently torn when putting on or during wearing while being easily pulled off when taking it off. SOLUTION: In this throwaway diaper, both relative side edge parts 6 of a front body 4 and a rear body 5 are jointed by heat fusion by forming fusion jointing blocks, comprising center recessed fused parts and annular fusion joint parts forming the outer peripheral edges and having density of 0.8-1.4 g/cm3 and width of 0.1-1.0 mm, at spaces in the longitudinal direction of the diaper.
