PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a time needed for cutting a road inside an existing mountainous tunnel. SOLUTION: An cutting device 14 has two types of working machines 18 and 20 used for cutting a road 12 inside an existing mountainous tunnel 10. A tractor 22 comprises a base plate 30, two units of first carriages installed on the base plate 30 and movable along two straight lines in parallel with each other, and second carriages movable along the lines perpendicular to these two lines. Both working machines 18 and 20 are installed on both first carriages, respectively, and each first carriage can be transferred onto the second carriage.
