PURPOSE: A novel compound of formula 1 and physiologically acceptable salts thereof are used for manufacturing medicines by a non-chemical method as an active substance. Therefore, they are useful for the treatment and/or therapy of disturbance of potency. CONSTITUTION: A novel compound is represented by the formmula(1): wherein, R¬1 is unsubstituted or substituted benzyl with alkoxy, unsubstituted or substituted pyridil or phenyl with Hal, CN, COOH, CONH2, CONHA, CONAA¬1, NH2, NH-CO-A, NH-SO2A, SO2NH-CO-A, NA-SO2A¬1, NH-CO-OA, SO3H, SO2NR¬4R¬5, CO-NHSO3H, CO-NHSO2A, tetrazolyl or PO3H for 1-3 times; R¬2 is A, alkoxy-CO-alkylen, HO-CO-alkylen or HO-alkylen; R¬3 is H, A, alkoxy, NH2, NAA¬1, NH-CO-A, or SO2NR¬4R¬5; each R¬4 and R¬5 is independently H or A and they are selectively saturated or unsaturated partially or entirely.
