PIPING DEVICE FOR CYLINDER HEAD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate pipe connection by eliminating bolting operations and such cylinder head installation as requires the positioning of branch pipes relative to connection holes and accommodating some dislocation. SOLUTION: A piping device 45 for cylinder heads comprises a housing pipe 31 with one end connected to a main pipe 25 and the other opened, a branch pipe 35 whose base is inserted in the housing pipe 31 by a preset depth and whose tip fits into a connection hole 39 cut in a cylinder head 23 when so pulled away from the housing pipe 31 that the base still keeps in the housing pipe 31, and a stop 43 mounted on the external surface of the branch pipe 35 with the tip fitted in the connection hole 39 so as to limit the movement of the branch pipe 35 in a direction into the housing pipe 31.
