PURPOSE: A generator of frictional resistance is provided to always generate a stable frictional force through a faced face of rotator and a stator is a curved shape such as a cylindrical surface or a spherical surface. CONSTITUTION: When a rotator(1) is rotated to an A1 direction in a state added a load toward a stator(2), each roller(3) is rotated during contacting in the stator(1). Because each roller(3) is rotated during controlling to rotate in an inclined direction with a supporting body, a frictional force according to a load of axial direction is generated between each roller(3) and the rotator(1). Because each roller(3) generates a sliding friction during rotating, a constant friction is generated a little and a stable resistant force is obtained always. Though the constant friction is generated in an early step, the constant friction is switched over to a dynamic friction by the rotation of the roller(3). When the load of the rotator(1) is removed, a state without generating the friction is obtained.
