PREPARATION OF PLASMA PYROLYSIS MELTING FURNACE HAVING INDUCTION HEATER

摘要

PURPOSE: A method of preparing a plasma pyrolysis melting furnace is provided to prevent slag from getting tangled by heating the slag with an induction heater. CONSTITUTION: A torch system is expensive and does not have high thermal efficiency so that it is not economic to feed only heat value. Thus, a low-frequency induction heater(4) is mounted on a plasma pyrolysis reaction furnace to supply heat value from outside. The reaction furnace keeps proper temperature to discharge slag easily.
