PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for supplying and draining water for producing laver, capable of dissolving oxygen up to a saturated state in water to be brought into contact with raw laver in a series of production processes, thereby ensuring a good contact of the raw laver with the water, capable of preventing the deterioration of the freshness also after the raw laver is finely cut, thus capable of preventing the deterioration in the quality of the laver, and enabling the recycling of the used water. SOLUTION: A water-supplying means 1 for supplying water to a device 10 for producing dry laver, and an oxygen-supplying means 2 for dissolving oxygen in water stored in the water-supplying means 1 are disposed. The water sufficiently containing the oxygen is supplied to the device 10 for producing dry laver, thus largely increasing the chances for bringing the raw laver into contact with the dissolved oxygen. Thereby, the raw laver in the water in the production process can absorb the oxygen in a larger amount than that by the conventional system, can hold the activity, can surely maintain the freshness, can not flow a pigment from the raw laver to water, and enables the recycling of the drained water generated on the production of the laver. |
