<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deposit metals having high ionization tendency such as K, Ca, Na, Mg by suppressing the generation of a gas from an anode and a cathode part by electrolysis to concentrate H+ and Cl" in an aq. solution. SOLUTION: Treated water that has been made recyclable by incorporating dissolved oxygen in a separately provided treating device of animal manure or separating by stirring, floating, settling or the like is charged in an electrolytic cell 2 from a charging port 22 of a feed pipe 14 to use as an electrolyte 12. The electrolyte is electrolyzed by passing current between the cathode 4 and the anode 6, which are respectively covered with a covering layers 8, 10 of activated carbon to suppress the generation of the gas from the anode 6 and the cathode 4. As a result, the concentration of H+ and Cl- in the aq. solution is increased and the metals having high ionization tendency such as K, Ca, Na, Mg are deposited.</p> |
