PURPOSE: Hydrostatic-mechanical wheel driving is provided to control a radial piston motor and a brake corresponding to a middle-weight vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A hub carrier(1) is integrated with a transmission joint portion(41) and fixed to a carrier of a vehicle frame. A closed-typed brake(7) is used as a parking brake and valves for controlling a radial piston motor(5) and the brake are incorporated in a hydraulic joint cover(2). Thus, lines and required time are remarkably shortened. The cover includes a brake valve for a hydraulic brake and a change valve to open/close a cylinder of the radial piston thereof.
