PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor for charging dry-mixed material into a hopper. SOLUTION: A material charging part 55 for charging materials into a hopper 52 is formed in a kneader equipped with a kneading pump 51 for kneading and discharging the materials and the hopper 52 for supplying the materials to the pump 51, and a material charging part 55 is composed of (1) a material receiving part 55a for receiving the materials from a bag 61, (2) a cylinder part 55b which makes the part 55a communicate with the hopper 52 and charges the materials from the part 55a into the hopper 52, and (3) a shutter part 55c which is formed in the part 55b and adjusts the opening of the part 55b.
