PURPOSE: A method for accessing control device's data is disclosed to enhance overall process time by detecting and using actual values of control device's address signal output delay time and decoding circuit's delay time. CONSTITUTION: A method for accessing control device's data is composed of output,transmission, comparison, procession, and completion. Perimeter device(2) receives control device's(1) address signal, outputs memory movement signal, and causes memory device's(3) data signal to be output to control device or control device's data signal to be partially saved in the memory device. When memory movement signal is output, perimeter devices synchronously transmit the signal to the control device, control device receives perimeter device's memory movement signal, actual Trdy is calculated and compared to standard Trdy. If actual Trdy is less than standard Trdy, allow for normal procession of next data access operation according to the inputted clock signal. If actual Trdy is equal to or greater than the standard Trdy, allow for normal completion of proceeding data access operation by readying inputted clock signal's next address decoding operation.
