<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of humidity regulating performance due to that the impurity components such as dust, salt content, oil and detergent are deposited on the electrode surface. SOLUTION: A humidity regulating element 4 having the anode 6 for causing water decomposition reaction, the solid electrolytic membrane 7 for moving the hydrogen ion generated by the decomposition reaction at the anode 5 and the cathode 6 arranged oppositely to the anode 5 by interposing the solid electrolytic membrane 7 and causing water forming reaction are arranged so that the anode 5 faces the space 2 side whose humidity is regulated and the cathode 6 faces the open air side, and the protective sheet 14 capable of permeating steam-containing gas and hardly permeating liq. particulates and solid particulates is provided at the open air side of the humidity regulating element 4 so as to cover the cathode 6.</p> |
