An environmentally friendly clay pigeon disc is made of biodegradable materials to replaced clay. The disc has a segmented structure defined by a groove pattern. This enables the disc to be easily shattered when hit. The pieces of the discs degrade rapidly when moist eliminating the need to collect disc pieces. The discs are shaped to fit standard catapult machines.
