Coffee beverage powder

A coffee beverage powder which is soluble in cold milk. The beverage powder is in the form of granules each having a core formed by sugar crystal. The sugar crystal is coated with lecithin and soluble coffee particles are adhered to the lecithin. The coffee beverage powder dissolves in cold milk within a few seconds.
