PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a highly reliable deforming operation without exerting any influence on the model shape of an equipment which is not deformed in the deforming operation for a three-dimensional model for plant facilitates, etc. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with the three-dimensional model 1, a restriction condition table 2 in which conditions of whether respective elements of the three- dimensional model can be cut are registered, and a deformation condition input part 3 for inputting the deformation conditions of the three-dimensional model and comprises an intersection checking function part 5 which uses the three-dimensional model and the data of the restriction condition table to carrys out an intersection check on a cutting surface and an element inputted from the deformation condition input part, a cutting surface changing function part 6 which changes the cutting surface when the intersection checking function part judges an 'element which has an intersection and can not be cut', and a deforming operation function 7 which performs deforming operation when the checking function part 5 judges the 'element which has the intersection and can be cut' and 'no intersection' and perform the operation after changing the surface to a cutting-possible surface by the cutting surface changing function part 6.
