PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically record opinions and comments of an instructor during training to store them together with training data, and provide the opinions and comments of the instructor timely to the training data at the time of reproduction. SOLUTION: This operation training device receives an input of operation information given by an operator, and comprises an operation input device 1 for outputting an operation signal, a simulator information storage device 3 for storing the simulation result signal from the operation signal and a simulator 2, an opinion input device 4 for inputting the opinion information given by an instructor and outputs opinion signals, an opinion information storage device 5 for storing the opinion information, and a training information providing device 6 which integrates the simulation results and the opinions, and displays them with voice outputs.
