PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fuse deciding circuit in which a critical resistance being a boundary value depends on less Vcc and temperature when it is decided whether a fuse is cut off or not. SOLUTION: A fuse deciding circuit is constituted of a reference section 20, a fuse deciding section 22, and a latch section 24. The reference section 20 is constituted of P channel MOS transistors 26, 36, a N channel MOS transistor 30, and a reference resistor 34, the fuse discriminating section 22 is constituted of a P channel MOS transistor 28 and a N channel MOS transistor 32, the latch section 24 is constituted of inverters 17, 18 being connected in inverse- parallel and a transfer gate 38 inserted into an output side of the inverter 18.
