摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove dioxin in exhaust gas efficiently by collecting exhaust gas selectively only from such a wind box as passing exhaust gas containing dioxin of a specified concentration or above based on the dioxin concentration in exhaust gas sucked through each wind box and treating the collected exhaust gas in a dedicated dust collector. SOLUTION: A sintering material 2 is charged continuously onto a pallet 4 from an ore supply hopper 1 through a drum feeder 3 and the surface of the material 2 is ignited in an ignition furnace 16 when the material 2 is moved directly under the ignition furnace 16. The ignited material 2 is carried toward the ore discharging side and exhausters 10, 14 are operated to suck the air from above the sintering material 2 under carriage toward each wind box 6 under the pallet 4. Exhaust gas passed through the wind box 6 and having high dioxin concentration is collected selectively through a first exhaust duct 8 and dust is collected therefrom through a dedicated dust collector 9. Subsequently, it is subjected to desulfurization through a desulfurization equipment 11 in order to remove dioxin furthermore before being dispersed into the atmosphere from a chimney.</p>
