PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bumper mounting structure which makes the head parts of mounting screws invisible and moreover, the mounting thereof simpler. SOLUTION: There are arranged an upper receiving member 8 which is mounted on the front or the like of a showcase A and made elastically deformable longitudinally while the upper end part 8a thereof is inclined up forward and a lower receiving part 9a which is mounted below the upper receiving member 8 on the front or the like of the showcase A while the lower end part 9 thereof is separated from the front or the like of the showcase A to be turned downward. A protective member 3 is provided and has an upper fold piece 4 adapted to engage the rear of the upper end part 8a of the upper receiving member 8 at the upper end part thereof and a lower fold piece 5 adapted to engage the rear of the lower end part 9a of the lower receiving member 9 at the lower end part thereof.
