PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly fit a cutting mark on a material to a cutter blade falling position by applying the laser dispersed in parallel to a blade from an upper part of the blade, and correctly projecting a cutter blade falling position on the material as the shadow of the cutter blade. SOLUTION: A device 1 is mounted for applying the laser beam dispersed in parallel to a cover of a blade of a bench cutter, so that a cutter blade falling position is projected to a surface of a material to be cut as the shadow of the blade 2. Whereby the cutter blade falling position on a material 3 can be known. By fitting the shadow 2 of the blade to a cutting mark on the material 3, the cutting mark of the material 3 and the blade position can be correctly fitted regardless of an angle of the blade.
