PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform measurement regardless of the size of feet by forming electrodes for the measurement on both surfaces of a pair of parallel vertical plates for an impedance measurement part, clamping the pair of the vertical plates between the first toe and second toe of both feet and bringing them into contact with the electrodes for the measurement. SOLUTION: The vertical plate 2 is disposed on the body weight measurement part 11 of a body fat meter main body 1, the position of the vertical plate 2 is turned to the position of a part between the first toe and the second toe at the time of mounting the foot on the body weight measurement part 11 and a pair of the left and right ones are erected parallelly to the direction of the feet with a prescribed interval. Then, the electrodes 3 for the measurement are respectively separately arranged on both surfaces of the vertical plates 2, and by bringing them into contact with the skin of the toes, impedance between the skin of the toes is transmitted to the impedance measurement part. Thus, the measurement is performed regardless of the size of the feet from an adult to a child. |
