PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forward scattering film with excellent visibility such as having a black and white display with paper-whole like and more black colors, with high contrast and no blue of picture display, and to provide a forward scattering film of which the production can extremely easily be controlled. SOLUTION: The forward scattering film 5 comprises a light scattering layer 1 composed of a transparent polymer binder containing spherical fine particles, a transparent resin film 2 and an adhesive layer 3. The spherical fine particles have 1.0-10.0 μm average particle diameter and have 0.91<n<1.09 relative refractive index (n) with respect to the transparent polymer binder. Besides the forward scattering film 5 has >=30.0% haze and >=60.0% image visibility. |
