TORQUE TRANSFER STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide torque transfer structure to prevent the occurrence of excessive torque transfer. SOLUTION: A hub 8 forming an output shaft is rotatably loosely fitted in the internal part of the hole part 4 of a cap 3 forming an input shaft. An input shaft ring 13 locked on the inner peripheral surface of the cap 3 and around an axis and an output shaft ring 14 locked on the outer peripheral surface of the hub 8 and around an axis are inserted externally of the hub 8 and alternately laminated. A press hole part 4 to receive the reaction forces of the rings 13 and 14 is formed on the opening side. A slope engaged in a peripheral direction is formed on a contact surface between both the rings 13 and 14. This constitution causes the occurrence of a slip between slopes when excessive torque is applied, bends the rings 13 and 14, and races the whole of the cap 3 against the hub 8.
